Capt. Ajitha Nair is a highly accomplished healthcare leader in India, with over 25 years of experience in the industry. She currently serves as the CEO of KIMS Health Hospital in Kollam, Kerala, and as the Managing Director of Healbiz Healthcare Pvt Ltd in Kochi.

In addition to her current roles, Capt. Nair has held several prestigious positions throughout her career. She has served as a NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers) Principal Assessor, Faculty, and Appeals Committee member. She has also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Avitis Institute of Medical Sciences in Palakkad, Kerala, where she played a key role in establishing the hospital as a leading healthcare provider in the region.

Capt. Nair has held several other notable positions, including Chief Nursing Officer at Aster Medcity in Kochi, Chief Nursing Officer at Meitra Hospital in Kozhikode, Chief of Nursing at Fortis Memorial Research Institute in Gurgaon, and Director Nursing at Ruby Hall Clinic in Pune. She has also held various positions in the Military Nursing Service.
